physical models in details
Physical Modeling is a technique where all the components and characteristics of an instrument’s sound are described via mathematical functions. To produce such a realistic sound, Arché takes into account how the bow, the body, and the strings all interact simultaneously.

Our patented Touché device, combined with our precise modeling algorithms allows the keyboardist to explore physical modeling synthesis in a remarkably intuitive new way. A handful of gestures enable the musician to access a host of articulations inspired by real bowed string instruments.
