The BOYA BY-BM3032 is a supercardioid on-camera shotgun that offers directional audio capture, adjustable gain (-10dB, 0, +20dB), high-pass filter (0Hz, 75Hz, 150Hz) and wide device compatibility for video production, vlogging, YouTubers and sound recordists. It also features a safety channel option on the right channel to help you choose the desired sound level when you are unsure of the volume at which the audio is being captured or when unexpected situations may arise. And a selectable 5dB boost button for high frequencies can allow for use in certain situations, such as using the microphone outside with a fur windscreen. With a 3.5mm TRS jack, the microphone can be used to capture audio from camcorders, D-SLR cameras and portable video recorders. It can run for about 30 hours on two AA batteries.
