The Boya BY-RF5P is a foldable microphone soundproof cover, which is perfect for home recording studios, live broadcasts, and even professional vocal recordings. It is assembled with high-density EVA acoustic soundproof sponge and an open metal back plate. The acoustic soundproof sponge can absorb off-axis sound from the front to reduce spatial reverberation and sound reflections. At the same time, the small holes in the back metal plate allow low-frequency sound reflections from the back to pass through the metal plate to be absorbed by the soundproof sponge. It comes with a narrow connecting plate and a series of accessories, which makes it easier to install the microphone and the soundproof cover.
