Two of our most detailed, ultra-low-noise preamps.
Plug into 4i4’s remote-controlled preamps — Scarlett’s clearest and most detailed ever, with a huge 69dB gain range to get the best from every microphone.
Auto Gain and Clip Safe.
Let 4i4 handle your levels.
Auto Gain sets your levels and Clip Safe keeps them in the sweet spot, automatically tweaking the gain if you’re in danger of clipping. You'll never lose a take again.
Get big console sound with two re-engineered Air modes.
Presence mode boosts your signal’s high-end, bringing the sound to the front of the mix. Create intimate vocal recordings, capture every detail of acoustic guitars, and hear your drum overheads shimmer.
Harmonic Drive mode boosts mid-range harmonics in your sound, making its unique character shine through the mix. Try it on guitars, vocals, or anything else that needs a little more punch.
All the I/O you’ll need.
Hook up an electric guitar to one of 4i4’s Hi-Z instrument inputs — it feels just like an amp. Plug synths and grooveboxes straight into the super-high-quality line inputs. Connect your favourite outboard gear to the additional line outputs. You’ve even got MIDI.
Mix your way with 4i4’s independent outputs.
With 4i4, headphones, monitors, and line outs each get their own mix, so you can create the perfect studio setup for your speakers, the artist's headphones, and your outboard gear.
Huge 120dB dynamic range for incredible recordings.
Scarlett delivers incredible audio quality, with converters direct from our flagship RedNet interfaces — as found in high-end studios around the world.
The best playback you’ve ever heard.
A custom-designed headphone amp design sets the stage for the best playback you've ever heard from a Scarlett interface, driving high-impedance headphones louder and clearer than ever before.
