Motivate Ears Custom Earphone Ordering Process
1. Choose Your ModelSelect your preferred earphone model through our online store or visit our Product Experience Center.
After confirming your order, we will contact you to schedule an appointment at our Product Experience Center in Kwun Tong for ear impression creation.
3. Ear Impression and Design Selection
During your appointment, our team will assist you in choosing your desired artistic design, and we will complete the order form together.
4. Production Time
Once your ear impressions are completed, you simply wait for the earphones to be crafted. The production process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks.
5. Completion and Collection
When your earphones are ready and have passed our quality check, we will notify you. You can then schedule a time to pick them up at the Product Experience Center or arrange for shipping.
